Scrape bowl and add cream until fully incorporated.
Add eggs, salt, and vanilla, paddling until fully incorporated.
Pass mixture through fine mesh strainer and store in cooler in airtight container.
Cast 3kg onto graham cracker crumb in half tray with tall cake frame.
Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes or until firm.
