These terms govern your use of Jason's Cooking Club, operated by Where Is Chef Jason Media. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Jason's Cooking Club offers paid membership tiers that provide access to recipes, live cooking sessions, courses, and community features. Your membership begins when your first payment is processed.

• Cook Along ($19/month): Weekly recipes, recipe library, monthly live cook-along, community access.
• Chef's Table ($49/month): Everything in Cook Along plus courses, extra live sessions, dish reviews, and early access.

Founding Rate

Members who join during the founding period receive a locked rate that will not increase for the duration of their continuous subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the founding rate may no longer be available.

Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
• When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Content & Intellectual Property

All recipes, videos, course materials, photos, and written content on Jason's Cooking Club are owned by Where Is Chef Jason Media. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own cooking and learning.

• You may cook from our recipes and share your results.
• You may not redistribute, republish, or resell our content.
• You may not record or redistribute live sessions without permission.

Acceptable Use

Be a good member of the club. Don't:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Harass other members or staff in community spaces or live sessions
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for cause, no refund will be issued.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

Jason's Cooking Club provides culinary education and entertainment. We are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other harm resulting from cooking based on our content. Cook responsibly and be aware of your dietary needs and allergies.
